Benefits for athletes

Fat, fiber and protein in a proprietary blend of seeds, reaching you at the same time instead of as a spike of sugar and then the drop.

Sustained,
not spiked

Not a powder,
not a capsule

Most supplements are isolates: one nutrient pulled out of a food and sold on its own. E'LAN is the whole food: the entire seed, with nothing taken out.

What it is

A seed, opened. Nothing is extracted, concentrated or reconstituted, and nothing's added. Put it in water, yogurt or a bottle and it behaves like food, because it is.

Why that matters in training

Whole food arrives with its fiber attached, which is what makes the release gradual. An isolate has had exactly that stripped out. Neither one is better in the abstract — they're different tools, and only one of them is breakfast.

Pre-workout, post-workout

Pre-workout, E'LAN gives you energy that holds instead of a sugar hit and a crash. Post-workout, it puts protein, fat and fiber back in at once, when you least feel like cooking.

Pre-workout

Stir a serving into yogurt or oats an hour before you train. It releases slowly, so you start steady and stay that way.

Post-workout

Keep a pouch in your gym bag. After the run, ride or lift, mix a serving into a shake for protein, fat and fiber in one go.
